A journey opens something up. What happens after shapes whether that stays with you, or fades. Integration is that after, the reflection, the conversation, the small shifts in daily life that let what surfaced take root.
These are the recurring spaces where that continues, in circle, alongside people who understand what you're carrying.

A monthly gathering created for and centered around Black, Indigenous, and People of the Global Majority.

For those who've completed a journey with Sangam and want continued support processing and integrating what came up.
Time: Monthly, Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
Price: $35
These are peer support and educational spaces. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or psychiatric treatment. Participants must be 21 or older.
