Fees are kept accessible, so developing facilitators can build experience without adding to the financial weight of professional training.

Consultation Group with Sujatha

20-Hour Weekend Consultation Intensive with Medicine

Deep Immersion in Facilitation, Practice, and Integration

$1,500 · Weekend format, Friday through Sunday

An advanced training opportunity for Natural Medicine Facilitators in Training ready to deepen their practical understanding of facilitation through extended immersion, guided reflection, and supervised experiential learning.

Over a structured weekend, participants engage in consultation, experiential learning, and supported natural medicine practice in a professionally held environment.

This intensive may include:

Consultation dyads alternating facilitator and participant roles
Extended group consultation sessions
Supervised experiential natural medicine journey(s)
Facilitator observation and co-learning with Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitators
Integration circles and reflective processing
Applied discussion of ethics, safety, and facilitation presence
Real-time learning from group dynamics and facilitation structure
Professional development planning and individualized feedback

The intention of this intensive is to bridge theoretical knowledge, consultation insight, and lived facilitation experience, in a concentrated format that supports accelerated growth and integration.

Participation is limited and subject to eligibility, screening, facilitator approval, and applicable Colorado regulations. Not all participants will qualify for experiential components involving natural medicine.

Bring your own.Have someone in mind for a supervised journey? Bring them in. They'll complete Sangam's required screening, preparation, and consent process, and a licensed facilitator provides oversight throughout.

Or we may connect you with one.When a participant is available, we may be able to connect you with someone interested in a supervised experience. Placement isn't guaranteed.

Sujatha Reddy, LPC, NMCF, BC-TAM

Founder & Executive Director

Sujatha Reddy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator, and nationally respected leader in integrative mental health and holistic healing.

With more than 35 years in Ayurvedic medicine and 25 years in mental health, her work bridges Eastern healing traditions with modern psychology and neuroscience, integrating yoga therapy, breathwork, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted care to support whole-person healing and long-term well-being.

Benjamin Dancer, MA, NMF

Program Director

Benjamin Dancer is a pioneering educator. Recognized by the state as a Legacy Healer, he helped build the bridge from the underground to the regulated model, developing transformational psilocybin programs that blend parts work and somatic practices.

His work is in service of a broader mission: to co-create a culture in which people are more connected to themselves, each other, and the natural world.

You completed the education. Now deepen the practice.

Sangam's Facilitator-in-Training opportunities are intentionally kept at accessible, low-cost fees, so developing facilitators can build experience without added financial burden.

Participation in any program does not by itself guarantee that hours will qualify toward Colorado licensure. Activities, supervision, consultation, documentation, participant involvement, and qualifying hours are subject to current Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) requirements, applicable Natural Medicine rules, trainee eligibility, participant consent, and approval of the supervising Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator. Sangam Healing Center will document eligible activities as appropriate but does not guarantee licensure or regulatory acceptance of any particular hours.
