Monthly Group Journeys
Sangam's monthly group journey is a lower-cost way to access this work without compromising the quality of care. Participants consistently report getting as much — if not more — out of the group experience than individual journeys. The shared container deepens the work in ways that are hard to replicate alone.

The Process
Once you register, here's how it unfolds:

by the 22nd of the month prior to your journey
Safety assessment
we'll email you a screener to complete
Consultation call
a facilitator will connect with you by phone
Disclosures
we'll email required disclosure forms
Payment
due by the first preparation session
Preparation session 1
6:30–8:00 PM, two Fridays before the journey
Preparation session 2
6:30–8:00 PM, the Friday before the journey
Journey
8:30 AM–3:00 PM, second Saturday of the month
Integration session
10:00–11:30 AM, the Sunday following the journey
A Few Things to Know
Group size
Groups require a minimum of 3 participants to proceed. If fewer than 3 people have registered by the deadline, all registered participants will be notified and automatically moved to the next available date.
Preparation is required
Missing a required preparation session will result in being moved to the following month's journey.
Facilitation ratio
Each group is facilitated by at least one licensed facilitator for every 4 participants.
