Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the services provided by Sangam Healing Center, LLC ("Sangam Healing Center," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Sangam Healing Center provides psilocybin-assisted therapy services, including preparation sessions, guided experiences, and integration support. All services are provided under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA) and applicable state regulations.

Our services are facilitative in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or psychotherapy. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.

To participate in Sangam Healing Center's services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a resident of or visitor to the state of Colorado
• Successfully complete the required safety screening process
• Provide accurate and complete information during the screening and registration process

Sangam Healing Center reserves the right to decline services to any individual based on the results of our safety assessment or at our professional discretion.

Payment is due as specified at the time of booking and must be received prior to the scheduled service. All fees are outlined during the registration process.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be credited toward a future session at Sangam Healing Center's discretion.

If Sangam Healing Center determines that a participant is not a suitable candidate after the screening process, a full refund will be provided for any prepaid services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sangam Healing Center, its owners, facilitators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Participation in psilocybin-assisted experiences involves inherent risks. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Sangam Healing Center's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Sangam Healing Center makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the outcomes of any services provided. Individual experiences vary, and results depend on many factors unique to each participant.

Any testimonials, research references, or outcome descriptions shared by Sangam Healing Center are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise of specific results.

All services provided by Sangam Healing Center are conducted in compliance with Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act and applicable regulations. Sangam Healing Center operates as a licensed healing center under this framework.

Participants are required to sign all disclosure forms mandated by state law prior to receiving services. These disclosures outline the nature of the services, potential risks, and participant rights.

Sangam Healing Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
